Hunt Club Farm is the perfect place to celebrate with family and friends. We will help you create a one-of-a-kind occasion your guests will remember for years.
Your Hunt Club Farm Coordinator will help guide you through the planning process, from sample event timelines to catering, and linens.
Our four-hour venue rentals include your Special Event Coordinator and talented Hunt Club Farm team members to oversee your one-hour personal setup and breakdown following the event.
Your complete event setup, including unique event designs, lighting, and decorating, is available through Hunt Club Farm Productions.

The Barn Venue*
Our Barn Venue is second to none in the Tidewater area.
The Barn's rustic appeal is suited for casual and formal affairs and offers countless staging opportunities, featuring:
- Seating for up to 110 guests at farmhouse tables.

- Outside Edison Lighting

The Clubhouse Venue*
The Clubhouse Venue's warm and inviting lodge makes it the perfect venue for private parties, featuring:

- Outdoor Lighting
- Round Tables
- Chairs and Linens

The Greenhouse Pavilion Venue*
The Greenhouse Pavilion is an open-air covered pavilion with a garden party ambiance.
The venue includes:
- 10ft Picnic Tables (up to 12)
- 8ft Banquet Tables (2)
- Beverage Bar and Ice wells.
This private venue has string-light accents located along the tree line of the farm with spacious grounds and gardens, offering plenty of room for additional guests and customized event additions. Parking is conveniently located close to the venue. All venue rentals are for 4 hours with 1 hour set up before and 1-hour breakdown after your party.
